Dear
Valued Customer:
During
my 15 years of experience in the futures and securities
markets, nearly ten of them with Merrill Lynch, I have
observed an ever-accelerating change. Both the volume
and diversity of listed and OTC (Over the Counter) derivatives
flourished tremendously with the introduction of electronically
traded derivatives changing the picture entirely. Within
a couple of years, the EUREX became the leading Futures
Exchange in the world - its unsurpassed liquidity attracting
institutional and retail traders alike.
The
successful introduction of financial futures and the electronic
trading technologies had a tremendous effect and attracted
new market participants on both sides of the markets -
speculating as well as hedging.
New
trading tools and analytical real-time software became
available at reasonable costs and democratized the markets.
Even
though commission rates have come down significantly for
individual investors, the vast majority of them still
lose out - there are good reasons for that.
In
my view successful futures trading requires a professional
attitude, commitment, patience, experience, professional
preparation and discipline. Consequently, it is not surprising
that in the complex field of trading derivatives the vast
majority of non-professional traders lose significantly.
There are numerous studies which confirm that, and my
personal experience in this field is no different.
The
ever-increasing volatility in the worldwide markets spells
both opportunities and risks for the future. In this regard,
we are able to offer you our assistance.
With our professionalism, performance orientation, discipline,
dedication and wealth of experience Marblehead Financial
Group, Inc. is looking forward to engaging in a mutually
beneficial partnership to achieve your financial goals.
Very
Truly Yours,
Stephan
